Harvard Museum of Natural History teacher Lisa Maloney takes Baldwin School kindergartners through time on a field trip packed with fossils, dinosaur bones and collections of stuffed mammals, birds and reptiles. Working closely with the Cambridge Public School science department, Museum of Natural History education specialists have developed programs for all ages. Last year over 2,000 students from around New England were able to attend the special classes that provide hands-on, interactive learning opportunities.   • You Can Volunteer in a Cambridge Public School
     
    Cambridge School Volunteers is an independent non-profit organization that recruits, trains, places and supports adult volunteers to work with students in kindergarten through grade 12.  CSV volunteers one or two hours per week between the hours of 7:30am and 4pm for at least one semester.  For more information, contact Martha Osler at 617-349-6794 or click on the link above.
