About Community Affairs

Our office serves as the liaison between our host communities and the university. The Office builds relations with city leaders, neighborhood groups, community not-for-profit organizations as well as many other groups and individuals whose goal is to improve the welfare of shared environment.

The Office also serves as a resource for community members by providing information about Harvard’s educational programs, public service initiatives and many other campus-based activities open to the public. Community Affairs is an open doorway into the heart of the campus and we welcome you to become more active in our events and activities.
